TAR AND FEATHER ME....
Tar and Feather me......
In my ripe-ness, I would run up and down the moving baggage belt in 4 inch heels. Perfectly balanced and with great pride, I would hear the remarks and awe of people watching my unusual talent. Even the Qantas Crew admired my choreographed movement. My workmates and I wore skinny heels back then and none of us ever tripped or lost our grace.....we never felt the tar on our face. There were times we ran to the gates at lightning speed, only to be met by laughter, delight and even more praise for our prowess.
This morning I slipped into my high arch orthopedics and out the door we flew. By the time we reached the mailbox, I had tripped over a rut in the driveway, but caught my balance at the last moment as my neighbor watched on in disbelief. As usual, the dogs just rolled their eyes in embarrassment and they hoped it wouldn't disturb the anticipation for the rest of the walk. At the end of my road, my right foot was smarting so I held on to the Stop sign as I took my foot out and wiggled it around. A murder of crows sat on the fence and howled in laughter, and then as crows do, they mimicked me.

ELEVEN MINUTES OF BLISS......
Eleven minutes of bliss.....
The energy between us was building quickly but the more we conversed, the more comfortable it became and the closer we stood. I had just come from yoga class, my body was limber and strong but all of a sudden my chakras were on fire. Yoga wasn't responsible for that. He was visiting from San Francisco for a week, staying with friends for the Holiday. He taught second grade in the city and made great effort to tell me that he'd applied for similar work in Santa Fe, to no avail.
"Well, it is the Monday before Thanksgiving," I sassed back. "The Monday before Halloween....not so much." We shared an obvious laugh and by now he felt like mine. We discussed his love for teaching and the joy he received for making a career decision that many don't make anymore....He had listened to his inner voice and was being rewarded in kind.
It was soon his turn at the register and he put his items up. We were painfully aware that our time was coming to a close. He fumbled with his feelings and his speech as the cashier interrupted him in mid stream. He had carefully prepared what to say to me, but it got lost in dollar signs and credit cards. A rush of alarm came over us. Clearly, we were meant to meet, was it going to end as fast as it began? It was my turn at the register now and I noticed his friend stood in the distance with a toddler on his hip. He waited with me as my items were rung up and I noticed his friend showing signs of annoyance and impatience. He slowly walked over to his friend and turned to me as if to say "wait a minute." He was asking his friend to hang on a few minutes so he could come back and speak with me, but the friend looked over at me and I was immediately dismissed. His wish was not granted. Our hearts sank.
By the time I got to my car, my emotions were raw. A tidal wave of tears overcame me and slowly rolled down my face. I was thankful that sunglasses would hide the hurt. In an instant, I was given great love and in that same instant it was ripped away.
My journey to meet this spirit was indeed real, but has now turned into mist. Through the years I've remembered him and every word we spoke. There are times I dream about him and times he enters my mind from nowhere. Did we resolve a past life issue or was it a preview of coming events? The only message I receive is *keep an open heart.*
HEY, I'M NOT A SEX THERAPIST.....
Hey, I’m not a Sex Therapist…..
People love to tell me about their sexual escapades and as I’ve gotten older, it happens more and more. I’ve pondered this elusive oddity and I’ve asked the Universe to knock it off, but still the lusty stuff bangs on my ear bones. People tell me that “I must have a face for it” or ”I must bring it up in them,” but I can assure you none of this is true. A great many of these lusty libidos exist in cyber space; I’ve never met them in person. Yeah, now they like to email me about it too.
I have a mirror. There is nothing in that mirror which speaks of sex, lust or even cleavage. I don’t have long sexy hair or red painted lips and fingernails; I’m not seductive in speech, nor do I play the doe eye, *come hither* games. I don’t even wear makeup. Occasionally, I’ll put on some lip gloss, and in the Summer I’ll expose my toes but really I’m not a sexual magnet. There’s nothing on the outside which suggests I would have any advice or answers for those who dabble in the sexual playground of life….
The other day I took my dog, Blimey, to the Village Square so we could watch the world go by and soak up some sexy sunshine. Norman came out of the post office and sat with us for a while. Within minutes, he needed to talk to me about his latest sexual quest. Norman is 89 years old, very frisky and full of fun but unfortunately, he feels the need to discuss his *dirty dancing* finesse. If you can visualize a bit of grunting and groaning and…well you get the picture. But as memorable as that is, he patiently awaits for me to comment on it. Cringe…
For yet another unknown reason, I always have the correct advice to share. There are times I feel I’m just pulling it out of my ass, but as always, it seems to have a calming, noticeably positive effect on people. I never share the information with anyone but my own mind and from there, I try very hard to erase it. It’s true that God loves to play games with me; he knows I have a great sense of humour and that eventually I’ll find the laughter within.
Am I the only one with this *gift?*

Narcissism is a spectrum disorder with the most severe end of the spectrum considered a narcissistic personality disorder. A woman can have several narcissistic traits and not fit the personality disorder. Mothers with only a few traits listed can negatively affect their daughters in insidious ways which is explained in Dr. Karyl's book.

GOT ANTI-BODIES?
I recently got the chance to watch this movie again after many decades, I was only 10 years old when it came out in 1966. Back then I was fascinated with it and felt it was the most awesome film I'd ever seen.
Having watched it again, I'm still in love with all the colors and body parts...just beautiful !
Having watched it again, I'm still in love with all the colors and body parts...just beautiful !
I did, however, notice just how terrible the acting was this time.....We're talking really, really bad folks.
Stream it from Netflix and enjoy it the second time around. It's highly educational along with being aesthetically pleasing to the eye. And the kids will love it.
Where's the popcorn?

LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY~~
It's become ever more important to learn how to heal ourselves. With a world full of pandemics and disease at every corner, we must now rely on our own knowledge and instincts to cure ourselves. Wild Oil of Oregano ( WOO ), is the best place to start. Learn how this miracle extract will cure just about everything and keep you healthy.
This book is an excellent reference and can be found just about everywhere including used book stores, online, yard sales, etc., for just pennies. Buy one for yourself and for someone you love.
"Infectious disease has inflicted such a high degree of human misery that it is beyond description. It is incontestably the world's greatest killer, accounting for tens of millions of deaths yearly. Once, researchers thought that antibiotics were the universal solution and infections would no longer torment humanity. The scientists were wrong. With few exceptions, all of the modern, as well as ancient, infectious diseases seem unstoppable: perhaps they can be driven back at best, but, they merely resurface. Even the most antiquated infections, such as bubonic plague, scarlet fever, whooping cough, diphtheria, and rheumatic fever, are returning.
The immense effects of infectious disease upon our society today is amply illustrated by the fact that some 40,000 to 60,000 North Americans die every year from the flu alone. Think about it; with all the modern facilities and advancements, still this many people are dying from a potentially curable virus?
Disability, disfigurement, and premature death are the expected consequences of the endless litany of incorrigible infectious diseases which continuously afflict humanity such as staph/strep, E. coli., venereal disease, salmonella, cholera, typhus, flesh-eating bacteria, camphylobacter, cholera, dysentery, mycoplasma, Epstein-Barr, HIV, Heliobacter, and herpes. Every day millions of individuals die unnecessarily from infections. The toll inflicted upon humanity is essentially immeasurable. What a travesty it is that much of the essence of the human race is destroyed as a consequence of preventable and curable diseases."

LET THE HEALING BEGIN......
So many people are walking around today with a hole in their soul. Some things that come together for other people and seem perfectly natural, don't come together for the children of Narcissistic parents.
I find that most people don't let themselves*feel* this much, they're so confused about so many *normal* situations, that they hang out at the edge of their own shadow. It manifests in so many different ways for them; it can be mental illness or physical illness or extreme trust issues, etc., etc. Some things just don't fit right. It's almost unconscious except that it reveals itself in a raging rush of energy and tears. Where did that come from?
I recommended this book to my sister who was so relieved and was finally validated in finding that what she felt all these years and the narcissistic abuse she suffered, was indeed REAL. It's a *light bulb* moment for many. And until it's understood, it can't be healed. This book is an eye opener and will help the journey from there to now. I hope everyone gets a chance to read books on Narcissistic, Histrionic and Borderline Personality disorders. They'll be amazed and yet comforted to know it wasn't THEM.
As Alice Miller tells us *most abused children do not believe in the 4th commandment.*
As well they shouldn't.
The reason it is so important to read about personality disorders is because most people don't know why they've been treated so poorly throughout their lifetimes. They don't understand why parents could behave the way they did and in most instances, are still behaving badly. The age of 40-60 is when the victims of this abuse start to think about it's effects in depth. This is the age and this is the time when those feelings of abandonment, worthlessness and fear will surface. It's terrifying.
If you wish to start with a book, I can recommend this one. It's not just for daughters; the message will get through to all souls and it'll be a rewarding and inspirational discovery.
My research shows that most all offspring of Narcissistic and Personality disordered parents inherently develop adrenal malfunction along with hypothyroidism, They seem to go hand in hand. If you see yourself in this book, take the time to find a good doctor who understands this connection and who will treat with natural desiccated thyroid extract. Once you learn to self treat, you'll be able to teach others.
Help yourself to heal and get your life back.
Personality disordered people are toxic !

THE OVERLOOKED TRACE MINERAL.....
If you’re like most people, you probably don’t worry much about whether you’re getting enough iodine in your diet every day. The latest statistics show, however, that maybe you should—because this trace mineral is as essential as they come.
While iodine has few rich dietary sources, it’s fairly well known that ample intake is nevertheless critical to proper thyroid function—one of the primary reasons behind the introduction of iodized table salt.1-3 Even so, as many as 1 out of every 7 women still have suboptimal iodine levels in this country—a concern that becomes even more pronounced when you consider the fact that iodine is also critical to female reproductive health.4
In fact, next to the thyroid gland, the highest concentrations of iodine can be found in the ovaries—and population studies have revealed a strong correlation between iodine intake and measures of breast, endometrial and ovarian health in a number of countries, from Russia to Canada.5-9
Unfortunately, research also shows that optimal breast health demands 20 to 40 times the iodine required for effective thyroid support.10-11 So needless to say, a sprinkle of iodized salt alone won’t suffice, with data indicating that you would need to consume more than a quarter pound daily just to meet the levels of iodine consumed by the mainland Japanese—a population that’s known for its remarkable ovarian and breast health.
Of course, it’s not just women who are at risk from this dietary deficiency: Thyroid-inhibiting goitrogens are all too common in the environment—meaning that many adults in search of lasting thyroid health, whether male or female, need a daily boost in iodine that’s large enough to both neutralize these substances and to keep overall levels up to snuff.12-13
The good news is that a high-quality iodine supplement—such as VRP’s Iodoral®—can easily make up for the levels of this trace mineral that your diet lacks. This clinically-tested form of iodine has been uniquely designed to eliminate iodine’s characteristic unpleasant taste and tendency toward gastric irritation. And simply combining it with abundant fluids and a magnesium-rich diet—not to mention ample intake of the B-vitamins niacin and riboflavin—will help to ensure that you achieve maximum results.14-15, 4
Niacin and riboflavin (also known as B3 and B2) are essential precursors to “cofactors” that play an integral role in your body’s ability to use iodine effectively.15 In combination, these two nutrients can offer critical assistance in your effort to achieve iodine sufficiency—and the superior thyroid and reproductive health that goes with it—for life. You’ll find this combo featured in the high-potency formula called ATP Cofactors, available from Vitamin Research Products®.
