THE IODINE PROTOCOL



12.5 mg iodine drops or tablet (for beginners)

3000 - 5000mg Vitamin C up to bowel tolerance (taken throughout the day)

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt or other UNREFINED sea salt
(up to one Tablespoon per day-needed to remove Bromide from cell receptors)

400-800 mgs of Magnesium

200-400 mcgs of Selenium

Optional- ATP Cofactors - 1 Tablet twice a day
(for those who have autoimmune thyroid disease, Hashimoto's or who are experiencing fatigue on the protocol)



PER DAY:

12.5 mgs is a good beginners dose
25 mgs is a better basic dose
50mgs is considered a maintenance dose
50mgs to 300mgs for Cancer patients
